If you then also sufficiently move (20 - 30 minutes per day walking or cycling eg) then you will see that your body automatically adjusts its original weight.

Do not focus on losing weight but on varied food where you eat something different every day. Think of the welfare of the animals and the environment and besides that you will lose weight you will also have a clear conscience!
