  • Go smart with days counting. Imagine, you are on day 2 and you are equally heavy. Do not say anything to yourself, I only need 5 days ... Instead, you say: "I've been sitting on it for almost two days and I'm almost halfway". If you are over half, then it is wise to say, just to persevere I only need 2 days.
  • Make small steps. At heavy moments you will think about giving up. Then it is extremely important to make small steps. Tell yourself: "I'll keep it full today, tomorrow I can possibly stop". Always finish the day. You will see that you feel wonderful the next morning. This gives you the motivation to continue.
