The disadvantage of crash diets is that they are often unhealthy and are not good for your body. A common complaint of a fast diet is also the yo-yo effect. You hunger out your body, so you quickly burn your fat reserves and weigh less.

As soon as you start to live in your old way, those pounds just come back. There is an alternative to these diets, also a fast diet, and here are very good experiences written on the internet. I will come back to this later.

Hospital diet

The hospital diet is an example of a crash diet, you can compare it with the way of eating as in the hospital. Your diet is almost the same as the diet in the hospital. You get several meals three times a day, very small meals but do contain a lot of protein but few fats.

The idea was originally developed by doctors because people had to quickly lose weight, a fast diet was needed, the hospital diet. This diet was widely used when people had to undergo surgery and had to lose weight quickly.

Soup diet

The soup diet once started with the so-called Cabbage soup, also known in Dutch as cabbage soup. The soup diet is not a success for many people because you become very tired and drowsy. In addition, you can also do it for only 1 week, so if you want to lose weight for a longer period of time, this diet ends.

You can follow the diet more often, but not in one go. With the soup diet, you can eat as much as you like, this will not make you feel hungry and is for many people an ideal way to lose weight. The ingredients of this soup ensure that you burn calories faster and that you can lose up to 5 kilos per week.
