7 Day Diet Plan for Weight Loss:
Day 1 - Fruit Day
Today you can eat as much fruit as you want, except for bananas. Good to know is that a watermelon and Galia melon have the most effect to lose weight.
Day 2 - Vegetables Day
Today we only eat vegetables. It does not matter how you prepare the vegetables. You can eat them raw, but cooking, steaming or baking in a little oil is allowed. Leave the beans and peas preferably for optimal results. A special surprise is that today you can have a baked potato. Preparation is simple. First peel, then wash, wrap in aluminum foil and then for 20 minutes in the oven (160 degrees).
Day 3 - Vegetables and Fruit Day
This day is a copy of day 1 and day 2, except for potatoes.
Day 4 - Bananas and Yogurt
Did you miss the bananas during the first day? Then today will be your day! Today there are no less than 8 bananas and 8 glasses of skimmed milk or yogurt. It is true that bananas have a high carbohydrate and calorie content, but on the fourth day, your body needs calcium, carbohydrates, and proteins. This also removes your need for sweet snacks.
Day 5 - Chicken and Tomatoes
Chicken or turkey and six tomatoes help you today. Make sure you drink a glass of water before eating a tomato. This promotes the removal of uric acid. You can eat a maximum of 125 grams of chicken or turkey.
Day 6 - Chicken and Vegetables
An easy day today, chicken, turkey, and vegetables are allowed without limit. Beware, no potatoes, pasta or rice! You can eat a maximum of 125 grams of chicken or turkey.
